Size Exchange Policy

We understand that it can be difficult to purchase clothing without trying it on first, which is why we offer a size exchange policy for eligible clothing items.If the clothing item you purchased does not fit properly, we are happy to exchange it for the same item in a different size, subject to the following terms and conditions:

  • Eligible items: Only eligible clothing items can be exchanged for a different size. Eligible items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags still attached.
  • Exchange period: Size exchanges must be requested within 48 hours of the purchase date.
  • Exchange process: To initiate a size exchange, please contact us with your order number and the reason for the exchange. We will then provide you with instructions on how to return the original item and receive the replacement item in the correct size.
  • Shipping: The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the size exchange, including the cost to return the original item and the cost to ship the replacement item.

No Returns Policy

Exceptions to our no returns, size exchange policy are made only if the clothing item is defective or damaged. If you receive a defective or damaged clothing item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item, and we will work with you to address the issue.
