1. Shipping Policy
We ship to addresses within India. All orders placed from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be processed and shipped within a minimum of 10 and a maximum of 15 working days upon confirmation of payment, from our warehouse. Shipping times may vary depending on the destination and the shipping method selected at checkout.

We offer standard shipping to any address within India. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and destination of the order. These costs will be added to the final cost of the order and will be visible to the customer before completing the purchase. Please note that we do not offer free shipping at this time.

2. Delivery Policy
We deliver to addresses within India. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the shipping method selected at checkout. We offer standard and express delivery options. Delivery costs are calculated based on the weight and destination of the order — upon entering your delivery details, these charges will be auto-calculated based on your address. Please note that we do not offer free delivery at this time.

Order Tracking
All orders come with a tracking number that can be used to track the progress of the shipment or delivery. Customers will receive an email with the tracking information once the order has been shipped.

Delivery Confirmation
Delivery confirmation is included in the shipping cost for all orders.

Please note that shipping and delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or natural disasters. We will do our best to keep you informed of any delays or issues with your order.

Exchange Policy

If the customer has any size issue with the product delivered, they need to email us at weartotg@gmail.com within 24 hours from the date of delivery. If reverse pickup facility is available at your pin code, we will arrange a pickup from the same delivery address and re-send the product. The reverse pickup charge is to be borne by the customer, which is ₹300.

Please note: Reverse pickup might not be available for a few pin codes. In this case, the customer is requested to send the product back with their name and mobile number mentioned on the package. Exchanges are allowed only for genuine size issues. The customer will receive a credit note only if the desired size of the product is not in stock.
