However, size exchanges are available under the following conditions:

* Size exchange is subject to product and size availability, and should be informed within 24 hours of delivery strictly .
* A charge of ₹300 is applicable for pickup and delivery, which must be borne by the customer.
* Alternatively, customers can arrange shipping from their end at their own expense.
* The article must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags intact.
* Exchanges are available only for size changes, not for changing the design, colour, or article.
